AHBDS Attorneys Elected for Judicial Nominating Committee

We are pleased to announce President of the firm, Ryan Holsten, was elected by attorneys throughout the state to serve as an attorney member of the Judicial Nominating Committee for the Nebraska Workers’ Compensation Court, and Attorney Brynne Holsten Puhl was elected to serve as an alternate attorney member. Should a vacancy arise in the Nebraska Workers’ Compensation Court, the Judicial Nominating Committee identifies at least two qualified candidates to submit to the Governor, who appoints a candidate to fill the judicial vacancy. Congratulations Ryan and Brynne!
